I have been competing and training in martial arts for over 16 years, in various styles of boxing, kickboxing, MMA and Jiu-Jitsu.
The last 6 years I have been taking more of a coaching role and been involved in developing some of Australia’s most exciting MMA prospects.
I’m also very involved in strength and conditioning, making sure every client gets the maximum results they are capable of achieving.
