It is the sport or practice of fighting with the fists. You will be taught the art of punching and avoiding punches.

Developing your mind, body and soul to work together so all aspects become fitter and stronger.
It is a stand-up combat sport, where fighters are not allowed to take the fight to the ground. It is fast-paced and combines both boxing and kicking in one swirling melee of a bout.

You will learn to use eight points of contact that are used to strike the opponent – fists, shins, knees and elbows.

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that combines a wide variety of martial art disciplines, and skills using a mixture of athleticism and fitness to be used in competition.

The rules allow usage of both striking and grappling techniques while standing and on the ground.
It is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting (ne-waza) and submission holds. BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one’s opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds.

Wrestling is the sport or activity of grappling with an opponent and trying to throw or hold them down on the ground, typically according to a code of rules.
